Instead of addressing the problem, the seller accused me of attempting to scam them using a burner account—a claim that was both unfounded and offensive. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter the seller refused to issue a refund. he ended up giving a refund after 2 ish hours of fighting and battling 0.5/5 stars
