Top 7 Sigma Skins in Overwatch 2

  • Updated 21 Feb 2025

One of the most reliable and widely used tanks in the game, Sigma’s presence is Overwatch 2 is undeniable. Not only that, but whenever you encounter him in a lobby his hulking (and floating) character model will loom high above you given his incredible stature. Together, this makes Sigma a tank with a huge presence in Overwatch 2.

This presence makes his skins incredibly important. Either as a tool of intimidation, or simply a way to goof around. This list breaks down the best sigma skins you need to have on your radar.

7. Flying Dutchman

This old Halloween skin may have a more recent variant in the form of the Plunderer skin, but there’s something about the green glow of Flying Dutchman which brings a unique flair to the battlefield. Not only that, but the spikes it gives to Sigma’s orbs are particularly great to witness from your own POV.

6. Rime

Skyrim fan? The Sigma Rime skin might be for you. This Winter Wonderland skin turns Sigma into a bleak draugr-like ice-emperor. Featuring powerful blues, it is a strong skin.

5. Captain

One of the goofy ones which is sure to leave you chuckling, Captain puts Sigma into a twee pair of shorts with some goofy sandals to boot. Lending him the sailor look which used to characterize the Dutch.

For me, it’s between this and the Sigma beach skin as to which is his goofiest.

4. Maestro

Classy and iconic, Maestro turns Sigma into the fitting role of a conductor. Donning a classy suit with tails, this brings a whole new meaning to Sigma’s ultimate call “what is that melody?” making Maestro skin Sigma one of the most characterful in the game.

3. Monstrosus

Out of all the new Overwatch Sigma skins, this is my personal favourite. Not only is it a great concept, but it captures the part of Sigma’s personality obsessed with the legacies of academia and philosophy. Its full-body transformation of Sigma into a stone statue is a true commitment to the bit.

2. Beholder

Fan of the occult? Beholder delivers the look of a Cthulhu cult leader, donning a terrifying face mask. This skin is seriously over-the-top, making it great for maximalists who want to show how much they love Sigma. Sadly, it’s only available in the shop, meaning you’ll have to dish out a pretty penny to get it.

1. Galactic Emperor

Sigma’s Mythic skin released way back in Season 4, Galactic Emperor is a skin that holds a serious presence on the battlefield. Partially because of its dark blacks and classy golds, but also partially because it clearly draws inspiration from a well-known authoritarian regime… Or at least from media whose iconography is in turn drawn from that source.

Ultimately, Galactic Emperor is a powerful skin, but also one which reflects the real world.

Sigma has some really impressive skins, each bringing a different vibe to the battlefield. Whether you prefer a classy Maestro look or something more intimidating like Galactic Emperor, it’s always good to know how Sigma compares to other heroes.
