Eldorado.gg was born in 2018 at the offices of Vilnius, Lithuania. It all started in a similar way where most of the players have also experienced, our co-founder, Vladas, was a fan of RuneScape, to an extent where when he was at the university, he started selling OSRS Gold for cash to friends, posted at Facebook groups etc, from that, the idea was born to provide players a seamless experience, a platform where you are in safe hands in case the deal gets stuck somewhere. How does Eldorado.gg work?
To put it simply, Eldorado.gg is a middleman, in the same way eBay works. Here are the steps of the ideal order flow on Eldorado:
- Customer browses the listings, let’s say it is Valorant accounts
- Customer finds what he wants, clicks Buy Now and makes the payment
- After successful transaction, customer is redirected to an area where he can see the Valorant account details (if the delivery was “Instant” where the seller provided the account details beforehand)
- If it is not an instant delivery, at the same window, the customer now has a chatbox where he can chat with the seller and call in support if needed. Through the chat, the seller provides the account details. Note: there are chatboxes for any type of orders, even if it is Instant delivery, so you can still discuss any details that you need.
- The customer checks the account, if all is fine, change the details to its own.
- That’s it, the deal is done and the customer itself can mark the order as completed and leave a review.

Important points: Customer has a final word where only the buyer can mark the order as Completed but if the seller completes the delivery and seller doesn’t mark the order as Completed, the order will automatically close after 3 days, when the order can’t be completed, customer can raise a dispute when the deal is not closing. During a dispute, our support joins in on the conversation, helps solve the situation, if the seller can’t deliver, the customer receives a refund.
For sellers, the scenario is as you would imagine, you get an order and deliver the goods, once you do that, you mark the order as “Delivered” and wait for the customer to confirm or the deadline when the order auto-confirms itself.
